We stayed at The Salvation Army addiction centre, they had a wing of apartments. It was cheap cheap cheap. We were so blessed. We were in the old Hell's Kitchen area, and were 5 blocks from times square. It was 'suggested' to donate $25us/night for all 3 of us. We left more than that , but barely spent what we spent for 1 night in our hotels on the weekend for 5 nights in the heart of New York. It was pretty Awesome!
