Plans gone awry...

Well Saturday was SUPPOSED to be YOUTH day at church! It ended up being FAMILY day! A lot of related people happen to be leading FUEL (our youth/alternative service) as well as Senior Youth Group. For the month of November we thought it would be great if we held Senior Youth group in the afternoon (SWIMMING) and then back to the church for Pizza supper, and then have our monthly FUEL service that same night! We thought it would be a great turn out, with the Youth going swimming and then PIZZA, and then they can stay for the service. It would be YOUTH day! We even filled the service with all UPBEAT worship songs, to have a great energized service. Well, maybe it was TOO much in one day for our YOUTH. We realized as we were leaving the church to go to the pool that we consisted of 10 LEADERS (ALL FAMILY, we've adopted Uncle Ian!) and 2 youth group teens (FAMILY AGAIN) plus 2 Minors (Jonah & Abby). Keith & I decided it was best for Logan to have his nap at Grandma & Grandpa's during the 2-4pm swim time, otherwise he can be quite a BEAR if he doesn't sleep after lunch time, also it was nice not having to watch him at the pool and I could do my own thing, I even got to get changed by myself, no kids to watch as Jonah went in the boy change room with dad!).
We took a nice Family photo after swimming ABOVE! We are ALL related, in some way.
Here is who is in the picture and their relation to me...
............
Ben (Brother), Jonah (son), Brett (Brother), Sarah (Cousin-in-law), Steve (Cousin-in-law), Madison (Cousin-in-law), Jason (cousin-in-law), Abby (niece/2nd cousin-in-law), Brian (Cousin-in-law), Chrissy (cousin-in-law), Ian (Uncle Ian to my sons) & Sue (cousin-in-law), Last but not least KEITH my wonderful HUSBAND (taking the Picture)!
So we ordered pizza and had a nice family meal back at the church. At FUEL we had a few additions to this group, with my parents & in-laws being added and a few others.
Thanks Family for the great time swimming, and worship time in the evening, LOVE YOU ALL!
Here are some more pics from the pool, I didn't take many.

We only get random snowfalls here and the snow goes away the same day. It is not cold enough to keep it on the ground down here. It can get 1 or 2 degrees below freezing but that is about it.

As for the shower, I am not sure if it is common to have a second one. Friends of mine just wanted to do it because we didn't have much BOY stuff. We also needed a few things that we didn't have before so that was real nice.
